I. Stand on the Bible faith
　Megumi Church confesses that the Bible is the Word of God and the only final standard for faith and practice. For this reason, we seek to hear God's care and plan from the entire Bible at every opportunity, including the messages in our worship services. In addition, we always seek to experience the truth of the Bible in our daily lives in a lively way.
 
II.Living the Rich Gospel
　The Gospel of Christ that Megumi Church preaches is rich in content. We confess that the new identity and life that we have been given by trusting in Jesus Christ is a power that works within us to grow continually in every way. With this hope, we look forward to the daily experience of the richness of the Gospel in our personal lives and in our families.
 
III. Global
　We confess that the Gospel of Christ is the power of God that works effectively in every nation, culture, and nationality. For this reason, we believe that the church, as a gathering of people who trust in this Gospel, is global in nature. For this reason, we plan for this worldliness in Christ to be experienced within Megumi Church so that our young people can eventually contribute to international society. We also seek to be a church that looks to the world, prays, supports, and sends people.
 
Ⅳ. Everyone Can Rest
　The church confesses that it is a flock of diverse people of all ages and walks of life, transcending all barriers of separation, united in Christ. It is a flock that excludes all discrimination, that transcends all distinctions, and that rejoices in the richness of the diversity. For this reason, we aspire to be considerate of the diverse people who belong to this flock and strive to ensure that people of all ages can lead a rich church life appropriate to their health and living conditions. We will also strive to provide the facilities and equipment necessary for this purpose.
 
V. Shine in the community
　We confess that Megumi Church is not only worldwide because of the universal power of the Gospel but also local because of its presence here in Ibaraki. We seek to build up a church that is deeply rooted only in Jesus Christ, and that has a close relationship with the local culture. We will serve and sometimes warn the people of this community and strive for their welfare and peace through whatever activities we can.
